Who is Gregg Phillips?

Part 3: The Pit And The Pitfalls That Come With Over Promising And Under Delivering On Claims Of Election Fraud.

In this next installment we are going to keep it short and let the court documents do the talking as there is a lot of talking, and not enough facts being presented in public as those allied in keeping the narrative alive really do have their side of the story, and boy are they sticking to it.

Since we published our last installment on October 3rd, the very next day on October 4th, Konnech founder Eugene Yu was arrested by the George Sorros backed Los Angeles County District Attorney, George Gascon in Michigan as he was on his way to Houston Texas for a hearing in the Konnech vs. True The Vote lawsuit. What a coincidence right?

In the first two installments we’ve brought you up to speed on Gregg Phillips true background and the constantly meandering stories from Phillips that never seem to match up. Then we illustrated how the mass distraction event called “the pit” obfuscated from the “rip cord” data that was never released. (data proving the 2000 Mules narrative involving Democrat paid ballot “mules” working out of stash houses in 2020 battleground states) The pit event moved eager watchers away from “mules” and quickly morphed into a plot by supposed CCP agents to steal poll worker information through a company named Konnech, that operates in 32 of Americas 1,324 counties.

To date, no evidence has been shown that Konnech had a server in Wuhan China that held poll worker data. It’s hard for me not to laugh as I type that but this is the current state of election grift involving election “integrity” group True The Vote.

Not only has this evidence never surfaced, but Konnechs head of IT has signed an affidavit declaring that the company does not, and has never had, a server located in China. Keep in mind, signing an affidavit for the FBI attesting to that fact would be illegal if he was lying.

We can only speculate at this point, but it looks like Gregg Phillips and True The Vote are trying to get out of the Konnech v. True The Vote lawsuit by using the arrest of Eugene Yu as validation of their illegal actions and defamation campaign being waged against the elections company and its founder.

Clearly the legal and credibility troubles are mounting for Phillips and Englebrecht of True The Vote. Zero of the 2000 “mules” have been prosecuted let alone identified and now their CCP election data heist story has hit a legal brick wall. You’d never know that if you followed them on their social media accounts but the court filings, just like Phillips checkered past, paints a different picture.

True The Vote has the financial power and legal representation to fight back but what about the hand picked pit attendees that gleefully accepted their mission to find and promulgate the information given to them by True The Vote? Super secret Jason Bourne missions doesn’t come with consequences do they? Turns out they do. Especially when you’re engaged in slander and libel in the public square. Konnech has taken notes and names.

In our last piece we shared a letter from TTV’s lawyers to Konnechs lawyers stating that Phillips never personally breached Konnechs servers and it was actually a 3rd party individual that came to them with the information. That’s always nice right? People you don’t know show up in the middle of the night with a USB stick full of stolen poll worker information from a server in Wuhan China…

True The Votes lawyers stated that Gregg had never viewed the info and instead did what any upstanding elections integrity group would do and took it straight to the FBI. Of course the Judge in this case wasn’t going to dismiss the case because Phillips was a good guy and did the good guy thing, which is what his lawyers were pressing for. Judge Hoyt and Konnechs legal counsel wanted the name of the third party hacker and weren’t going to take “national security” as a defense for not doing so. After more theatrics by TTV, their lawyers finally capitulated and named the “hacker.”

You can see his name in the court filings below, but was this individual someone who attended the pit event? We will find out as this trial goes on and ends up in front of a jury. But what about the people who did attend the pit event and actively spread those rumors and lies? Well, turns out they’re being put on notice as well. You’ll see in the filings below.

The pit event was supposed to be about 2000 mules, and the “Tiger Project” revealed post pit, was supposed to be about True The Vote uncovering a foreign adversary caught red handed meddling in American elections. But in the end it looks like the pit was one big trap. A trap that will ultimately end up ensnaring the very people who attended and organized the live stream event. One has to wonder if this was the plan from the beginning? Konnech has a history of suing people for libel and winning. Did Gregg and Catherine not know? Or did they not care?

Below are the latest court filings and as you read through you’ll begin to put together what could be a sinister plot to legally entrap the people who believed Gregg Phillips machinations of 2000 “mules” flipping the election in 2020 and the CCP infiltration via the “Tiger Project” into our electoral process.

True The Votes massive war chest and legal bench may see them through this with little lost, but those “anons” invited to the pit to spread the gospel won’t have the resources at their disposal to fight the libel and slander that they willingly and knowingly engaged in on behalf of some one they believed was a “40 year elections integrity operations specialist.” Time will tell.

BREAKING:

Remember earlier when I mentioned that we could only speculate that L.A. DA George Gascons involvement in issuing an arrest warrant for Eugene Yu was in part, or wholly attributed to, information coming from Gregg Phillips? Well, as chance would have it, another filing just dropped showing that to be the case. Gregg Phillips did testify in front of a grand jury shortly before the arrest warrant and extradition order came down against Eugene Yu. There are no coincidences…
